A calendar shaped like your venue

Two new calendar settings put the venue calendar in your hands: arrange the court columns to match your building, and show only the hours you're open.

Order the columns like the building

Arrange the court columns yourself: courts 1 to 4 down the left, the turf field on the end, the mezzanine court wherever it sits in real life.

When the calendar matches the building, the duty manager reads it at a glance, and so does everyone else.

Only the hours you're open

Set the hours the calendar shows. A venue open 4pm to 11pm gets a screen of nothing but useful rows, and the whole night fits without scrolling.

Every fixture and casual hire on one grid

The screen your venue lives in

Scheduling is the screen a venue keeps open all day, often in busy moments with someone waiting at the counter. Small refinements here pay off a few hundred times a week, which is why we keep making them.

Court bookings, fixtures and casual hire all sit on the same grid, with hover detail for the court and time, so a booking enquiry gets its answer without opening anything else. It's part of venue management, alongside registrations and bookings.
