Fixture Management in the Daily Log

The Daily Log is the primary match-day operational screen — giving you a live view of every fixture scheduled for a given date at your venue.

What the Daily Log Is

The Daily Log is your match-day command centre. It shows every fixture scheduled for a selected date, with full details about teams, courts, player rosters, check-in status, and payment status — all in one place.

Opening the Daily Log

Navigate to Daily Log from the sidebar. The Daily Log opens on today's date by default and loads all fixtures scheduled for that day.

Changing the Date

Use the navigation controls at the top of the page to move between dates:

  • Today button — jumps immediately back to the current date.
  • << Week / Week >> — jump backward or forward by one full week.
  • < Day / Day > — step backward or forward one day at a time.

The date heading (e.g., Wed May 13 2026) shows which date you are currently viewing.

What You See

The Daily Log displays a fixture card for each court booking on the selected date. Each card shows:

  • Both team names playing the fixture.
  • The scheduled time and court name.
  • The player roster for both teams.
  • Per-player check-in status and payment status.

Fixture Card Layout

Each fixture card is divided into sections: the fixture header (team names, time, court/location) and the player roster below. The roster lists every player assigned to each team, with their individual check-in and payment status shown inline.

Fixture Status

Each fixture card displays the current status of the fixture: Scheduled, In Progress, or Completed. Status updates automatically as the match progresses through the scoring app.

When No Fixtures Exist

If no fixtures are scheduled for the selected date, the Daily Log displays an empty state. Use the date navigation controls at the top to move to a date that has fixtures, or go to the Calendar to schedule new ones.

Common Match-Day Workflow

  1. Open the Daily Log and confirm today's fixture cards have loaded.
  2. Check players in as they arrive using the check-in toggle on each player row.
  3. Collect outstanding payments via the payment status controls.
  4. Confirm attendance is complete before the match starts.
  5. Monitor fixture status as matches progress in the scoring app.
