Fixture Management in the Daily Log
The Daily Log is where you see every game scheduled for a day, what each team owes, and take payments in person.
Opening the Daily Log
Go to Daily Log in the sidebar. It opens on today's date. You need a role that can see games to view it.
Moving Between Days
Use the arrows to step to the previous or next day, type a date straight into the date field, or click Today to jump back to the current date. The date, view, league and owing filter are all kept in the page's URL, so a link to a particular day and filter combination can be shared or bookmarked.
Filtering
- League — narrow the day down to one league, or leave it covering every league.
- Owing — hide any team that doesn't currently owe anything. In Cards view there's also a Settled chip to show only teams that don't owe.
The Day at a Glance
One line across the top of the day sums it up: how many games, how much is still owed and by how many teams, and how much has been taken tonight.
Cards View
Cards is the default view. A rail on the left lists tonight's games grouped under their start time; selecting one shows both teams side by side on the right, each on its own card.
Each team's card leads with one balance, e.g. Owes $120, with what it is made of under it, e.g. $50 tonight · $70 earlier — or Paid once it's settled, or a note that their season pass covers it. Under the team's name are its plan and how many players on the sheet have paid, e.g. Per game · 3 of 8 paid, and any credit it holds, e.g. Has $30 credit.

Reading the Games List
Wherever games are listed — the rail beside the selected game, or the list on a phone — each team shows as one line: the same balance as its card, e.g. Owes $120 · $70 earlier, or Paid or Season pass once it's settled.
Who's on the Sheet
A team's sheet is its lineup if one has been set for the game, otherwise it falls back to the whole team roster. Anyone on the sheet who isn't on the team's roster is marked Fill-in. Each player's row shows whether they're paid, covered by a season pass, or what they owe — paid players stay in the list, marked Paid.
Adding Players
Use the Playing switches under a team to set who is playing that game, or Add a player for this game for someone from outside the team. See Adding Players for the full walkthrough.
On a Phone
The Daily Log opens to a list of tonight's games. Tapping one opens that game as its own screen, with a switch at the top to move between the two teams and one action button pinned to the bottom, Take payment, while the team owes anything. The back arrow returns to the games list.
