Duty report
The Duty report lists every team on the day as one table, for going through the day's payments at a glance.
Switching to the Duty Report
In the Daily Log, switch the view from Games to Duty report. The date, league and owing filters carry across from Games view.
Rows and Columns
Each row is one team in one game, with its opponent shown beside its name (e.g. v Riverside), or one Programme session, in start-time order. The columns are: Time, Team or session, Where (league · court), Tonight (what's owed for tonight), Earlier (any earlier debt, or the rest of an entrant's Programme balance), Owes (the two added together), and Paid (how many players or entrants have paid, or a Paid, Season pass or Team paid label). A row with nothing owed shows $0. A session's Open button opens it, where each entrant pays.
A totals row at the bottom adds up Tonight, Earlier and Owes, counting each team once and each entrant's Programme balance once however many sessions they have that day. Under the table, one line shows what was taken by payment method, the total, and any credit used (which is not part of the total, as no money changed hands).
Marking Several Teams Paid at Once
The Duty report is the only place bulk marking happens. Every row with something owed for tonight's game has a checkbox; tick as many as you like (or Select all in the header) and a bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many are selected and the total. Pick a payment method and click Mark paid to record every selection at the amount it owes — Clear empties the selection. Only tonight's game can be paid this way; a player's own payment already covered by their team's selection is skipped, and it's still refused if it would be more than what's owed.
Expanding a Row
Click the arrow next to a team's name to expand the row and see its players and payment history, the same detail as in Cards view.
Printing
The Print button, shown only in the Duty report, prints the table under a heading with the date, your Organisation's name and the time it was printed. The app's sidebar and top bar, the selection checkboxes and the action buttons are left off, and no row is split across a page break.
