Daily Log Reports

The Daily Log gives you operational reporting for each match day — attendance summaries, payment collection, and fixture completion — all tied to a specific date.

What Reports Are Available

• Daily Attendance Summary — total players present, total registered, and per-fixture attendance breakdown.
• Payment Collection Summary — total collected, total outstanding, and breakdown by payment method (cash, card, kiosk).
• Fixture Completion Rate — how many fixtures were completed vs. scheduled for the day.

Accessing Reports

Navigate to the Daily Log and use the date navigation controls to select the date you want to report on. A summary of attendance and payments is visible at the bottom of the Daily Log for that date. For more detailed financial reports, go to Financials ? Reports.

Daily Attendance Report

The attendance report shows total players present and total players registered across all fixtures for the selected date. It also breaks attendance down per fixture, so you can see which matches had high or low turnout.

Payment Report

The payment report shows total revenue collected for the day and any outstanding balances. Payments are broken down by method — cash, card, and kiosk — so you can reconcile takings at end of day.

Exporting Reports

Download daily reports as CSV or PDF for record-keeping or external accounting. Exported data includes fixture details, player names, attendance status, payment amounts, and payment method.

Historical Reports

Use the date navigation controls in the Daily Log to navigate to any past date and view the historical daily log for that day. All attendance and payment records from past dates are preserved and reportable.

Financials Section

For deeper revenue analytics — trends over time, league-level breakdowns, and full transaction histories — go to Financials ? Reports. The Daily Log reports are focused on operational day-to-day summaries; the Financials section provides the full picture.
