The Dashboard
The Scored web dashboard at scored.app is your central hub for managing every aspect of your venue — leagues, fixtures, staff, payments, marketing, and more.
Signing In
Go to scored.app and sign in with your email and password, or click Sign in with Google. Once signed in, you'll land on your venue's dashboard home page.
Overview Stats
The top of the dashboard displays four key stats at a glance: Total Revenue (Month), Total Sales (Month), Fixtures Today, and Bookings Today. Each card shows the current value and a comparison to the previous period so you can see how your venue is trending.
Revenue Graph & Recent Sales
Below the stats, a Revenue Graph shows Expected Revenue vs Total Paid across the year — giving you a clear view of outstanding balances. Alongside it, the Recent Sales panel lists the latest transactions processed through Scored, with customer name, date, payment method, amount, and status.
Navigating Between Sections
The left-hand sidebar is your primary navigation. Each item takes you to a different area of the platform:
- Calendar — View and schedule fixtures, bookings, and court activity across all courts.
- Leagues — Create and manage your sports leagues, teams, and standings.
- Teams — Browse and manage all teams across all leagues.
- Users — Manage staff and player accounts.
- Livestream — Configure live score overlays and displays for streaming software such as OBS.
- Devices — View and manage scoring devices, kiosks, screens, POS terminals, and readers.
- Marketing — Email campaigns, audience filtering, and AI-assisted content generation.
- News — Post news and announcements to your venue's landing page.
- Inventory — Manage your POS product catalogue.
- Umpire — Umpire management and scheduling.
On smaller screens, the sidebar collapses and can be opened using the menu icon in the top-left corner.
Your Account
Click your profile avatar or name in the top-right corner to access account settings, update your name and email, change your password, or sign out. Venue owners can also manage their subscription from this menu.
