Overview
The AI generation tool removes the blank-page problem when writing marketing emails. Instead of composing from scratch, you provide a short prompt describing the goal of the email and the AI produces a complete, ready-to-edit draft within seconds.
Where to Find It
When creating a new email campaign, click Generate with AI inside the email editor. This opens the AI prompt panel alongside the editor.
How to Use It
- Open a new campaign and click Generate with AI in the email editor.
- Enter a prompt describing what you want — for example: “Write a reminder email about our summer netball season starting next Monday at 7pm.”
- Click Generate. The AI writes the full email body and inserts it into the editor.
- Review, edit, and personalise the content before sending.
Editing the Output
The generated content is inserted directly into the email editor, where you can modify any part of it. Review the draft carefully — adjust the tone, correct any details (dates, prices, venue name), and ensure it sounds like your venue before sending.
Tips for Good Prompts
- Mention the sport and league name so the email is specific.
- Include key dates and times (e.g., “registrations close Friday 5pm”).
- State the audience (e.g., “existing members” vs “new players”).
- Specify the action you want players to take (register, pay, show up).
- Mention your venue name if you want it included in the copy.
Limitations
AI-generated content should always be reviewed before sending. The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate details or a tone that does not match your venue's voice. Treat every generated draft as a starting point, not a finished product — personalise it to feel authentic to your club.
