Marketing Analytics and Reports
Track how your email campaigns perform to improve future communications and understand what resonates with your members.
Overview
Scored records performance data for every sent campaign. Use these analytics to understand which subject lines drive opens, which content drives clicks, and which audience segments are most engaged — so each campaign you send performs better than the last.
Accessing Analytics
Go to Marketing in the sidebar and select any sent campaign from the list, then click View Report to open the full analytics breakdown for that campaign.
Key Metrics
- Sent Count: the total number of recipients the email was delivered to.
- Open Rate: the percentage of recipients who opened the email.
- Click Rate: the percentage of recipients who clicked at least one link inside the email.
- Bounce Rate: the percentage of emails that could not be delivered due to invalid addresses or inbox issues.
Monthly Chart
The Marketing homepage displays a bar chart showing the total number of emails sent each month. Use this to track the volume of your communications over time and spot gaps in member outreach.
Campaign Comparison
The campaign history list lets you compare open rates and click rates across all sent campaigns side by side. Use this to identify which subject lines and content types perform best with your audience, and apply those learnings to future sends.
Unsubscribes
Players who opt out of emails are automatically excluded from all future campaigns. You cannot override an unsubscribe. Each campaign report shows the number of unsubscribes that occurred after that specific send.
Improving Deliverability
- Use a verified sender domain configured in your organisation settings to improve inbox placement.
- Avoid spam trigger words in subject lines (e.g., “FREE!!”, “Act NOW”).
- Keep your member email list up to date — remove or correct bouncing addresses regularly.
- Send consistently rather than in large infrequent blasts, which can trigger spam filters.
